Equity Roofing did a great job installing our roof, once we met Jeff Owens, could tell that he is knowledgeable about the best roofing for our needs and he also understands how to work with the insurance company. That took the any concerns we had off our minds of having to deal with insurance. The roofing they used, our insurance gives us a credit on our homeowners too. Wouldn’t have know this if had not been for Jeff Owens. Go with company you will be happy you did. We are.
From start to finish the project was completed as agreed. The sales manager handled everything with my insurance company. I submitted a claim and he took it from there. Due to the documents provided, my insurance company approved and paid the claim. I HIGHLY recommend Equity Builders Roofing!
Terrible experience! Quote process was fine, but tried to finish the job in one day and spent the last couple of hours in the dark. The roof is acceptable, but they had to return 3 times to attempt to fix our gutters and gutter guards that were damaged in the process. Didn’t tarp the side of our home before they started removal and damaged/marred the siding in the process. Would not recommend. Still not happy but will not have them back to do any more work!

I was very pleased with equity builders when the tornado tore off the roof and destroyed two rooms They were very knowledgeable and professional on the project handling all details and explaining details of what they would be doing.
