I would never trust Ronna at all. I was told incorrect info and was not at all happy. Suggestion: use another broker who is honest.
If you need to rent a place in Casper, go through a large apartment complex that is owned by a limited liability company or corporation. Equity "manages" some rental properties, but have very little regard for continuing business with you. I was a young professional, not an oil worker. Because of a dry lawn (mind you, Casper is a high desert), I was given an eviction notice, threatened, and the landlord ignored requests for maintenance. Be aware.
