Recently lost $1950 to credit card fraud. Talked to the older lady on Woodbine and she seemed like she could care less. Told me I would have to contact each vendor to get my money back. After 30 minutes of talking, she said she could probably fill out the paperwork to get my money back. Instead of leading with that, she wanted ME to do the work.
