Friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.
Communication, customer service, and follow up is terrible. All phone calls seem to go to Wichita, as they don't answer their phone in Independence. They do not return email nor phone calls. I would never bank at an Equity location.
This bank is a joke save yourself the stress and the countless hours you will be trying to get your own money because they will flag your account for no apparent reason.
Would not recommend this bank. Communication and customer service is terrible.
