Guy shows up in flip flops and shorts, spends about 2 minutes walking through my home. Very rude and unprofessional. Then sends in my estimate at about 40 grand below market value, costing me my refinance. The homes he used for comparables, were foreclosures, and a 3rd one he just lied about. He claims it sold for 119k a few months ago, but in fact it was never sold nor was it ever on the market! This guy is as useless as they come. Avoid like the Plague.
