Richard Berlinsky is a snake in the grass. I was a tenant in one of his managed condo's. I was told by him that if I ever called up with anything that needed repairing at the condo he'd raise the rent on my husband and I... we are senior citizens and we're treated very poorly by this so called property manager/agent.
