Hands down THE WORST property management company I've ever experienced. My belligerent neighbor wakes me up between 1am-3am once a week. After 7 months of providing documentation/video evidence of these events, Equitect's conclusion is that this is an isolated conflict between my neighbor and I, and that out of the many properties they manage, I am the only one with an issue.
