I’ve had several back surgeries in my life and have been okay for 6 years, 3 weeks ago I had some issues and my back was locking up to the point I couldn’t walk and needed a specialist. I saw Dale Shannon for two things, a dr note for my job and a referral to another office and both of those things were too much to ask for. Such a horrifc experience.
Update: Despite my poor experience with admin staff, the actual medical staff have been nothing but great. Updated. Original: I showed up at 8:40 for a 9am appointment, got "checked in", and was handed a few remaining forms to fill out as a new patient which were returned before 09:00. I waited and waited until 09:30 when the receptionist calls me up to inform me that she "checked me in too late" and the practitioner would no longer see me today because I essentially missed the appointment.
