Update: Despite my poor experience with admin staff, the actual medical staff have been nothing but great. Updated. Original: I showed up at 8:40 for a 9am appointment, got "checked in", and was handed a few remaining forms to fill out as a new patient which were returned before 09:00. I waited and waited until 09:30 when the receptionist calls me up to inform me that she "checked me in too late" and the practitioner would no longer see me today because I essentially missed the appointment. Amazing experience Overall my experience was amazing! The receptionists were friendly and timely and onboarding process was seamless. Dr Marisa Iaderosa was extremely helpful and informative. All of my concerns were addressed and I did not feel rushed during my visit. I have met many doctors in the past but Iaseroda was the first to make me feel truly welcomed! This office sat on a dermatology referral for skin cancer for 3 weeks with no meaningful progress. I called every day to provide them info and ensure the process kept moving. The ball was dropped several times. Meanwhile I was anxious to get referred so I could seek medical treatment for a cancerous condition. They also straight up do not respond to messages on their patient portal. They don’t care about your health. Switching primary care doctor because of this situation.
