I don't know what's going on at this office but the customer service especially by Brandy is unsatisfactory. She's been not returning my phone calls for days at times letting my Ryan White overlapse so I cannot get my meds. Plus she is giving false hope about helping out with bills and etc. I wish if Equitas wasn't going to help is just to be honest say that it at 1st.Now at this time this making my anxiety and depression kick in to scramble to figure out how to survive.
