Phenomenal company, best landlords you could hope for. I moved in in 2014, and have been incredibly impressed with how issues are dealt with in my building, both in terms of property/maintenance and with the rare noise or tenant conduct concerns. They are prompt to respond and prompt to address issues. So pleased that I found an apartment managed by this company.

The absolute BEST property management firm in Vancouver hands down! I moved into an apartment in one of their buildings downtown quite a few years ago, and it was during a really rough transition for me. I have had probably the very best experience with a landlord in Equitable Realty. Management and owner are top notch and very professional and yes helpful . I had my first experience with them in 1983 for a couple of years and have been back with them for a long time now. I am very grateful to have them as landlords
