This company knowingly tried to rent us a property with serious code violations at 2536 Sutro St Reno and the city told us we wouldn’t be able to operate our company out of this facility until they handled their violation issues. Outstanding code violations in unit 7 & 6 that have been open for months - thank goodness my contractor was suscpicious about the land lord screaming at me for asking him a question about permitting and researched public records after Greg started threatening both of us on the phone. Do not work with this company, my client asked for my help after the landlord Greg started becoming extremely aggressive and argumentative over simple things . I called and Greg proceeded to scream at us after we asked what was going on with the permitting. I became very suspicious of this and Greg told us to check public records which we did. After a quick public search on the 2540 and 2536 Sutro St. location showed their properties had code violations and we then went to the City and fire department to only find out their ... read more
