I'm embarrassed by how easily I got scammed by this company. Not recommended at all.
I wish my company didn’t switch to Equitable Health. Terrible. Gave my pharmacists the go ahead saying something was covered to $$ value. When we send the claim it wasn’t covered as the same amount we were told over the phone. Pharmacist was surprised how much she was put on hold over the phone too.
