3 phone calls and 1 text to set an appointment and never one call back or text. Their website says that you can call or text and gives a specific number to text to set an appointment. If I find out in the future that they have some kind of emergency situation that would prevent a return call or text, I will gladly delete this review. Caught quite a few issues in our Buena Vista home, but also missed a few major issues - leaking pipes that had caused structural damage, a chimney that was falling apart, and mortar that was falling apart in the foundation of a sunroom. When our realtor asked him to come by as we had discovered quite a few things, he was here for less than 10 minutes.
