These incompetents appraised a property I own in Sheboygan. This property has had new siding, new windows with low E glass, new roof, new furnace, new central air, and yet they rated the property as 'average' in comparison with recent sales. Jeffrey Winter is nothing less than a jerk with a God complex, and I wouldn't let him appraise a dog house.
