Staff are really good to work with; however, there appear to be too many issues outside of Staff. There have been a history of delayed supplies, an antiquated payment system, bad notification for any missing payments, and poor communication methods.
Excellent customer care! Customer Service Representative went the extra mile to get my mom set with a much needed new wheelchair. Store has lots of options and expert knowledge!
Every time I go to the Dual Hwy store, it takes forever. The people are nice, but they stare at the computer screen for at least 5 minutes before they can do anything. If this is due to a bad computer system, it needs to be fixed!
