Have tried for over 2 weeks to speak with someone and never received a return call.
Equipped for Life worked tirelessly with my insurance company to get me the chair I wanted and the features that I needed. They have been my only equipment supplier for over 20 years, I'll never go anywhere else. I highly recommend them for all your medical equipment needs.
Staff needs retrain how to talk to customer..in a polite way..I work 9 years retail I'd get wrote ..up if I come off rude
If I could have I would have given 0 stars. After purchasing an item last week, I needed an additional item to work with it. I stopped in 6/24 to pick it up. Went to the area and got the item and went to the checkout area. There were only 2 people helping other customers. One was on the phone helping a patient and another was with a customer.
