Emily is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many! I always suffer from chronic neck and shoulder pain due to my job. Emily always asks me what is bothering me at the time of my appointment and she customizes it to what I need worked on most. She gets in those trigger points and I feel immediate relief. I try to stay on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. Go and check out Equipoise Bodywork. I promise you she’ll blow you away with her knowledge and skills!
I followed Emily after I originally found her on Groupon at another business. I go in every other month for a 2 hr deep tissue/restorative massage and I have appts booked out until the new year. Emily has gone onto more education in the direction of women's health and it shows in her attention to the female body. Massage is part of my health and I highly recommend going to see her.
