We had a fantastic experience with EquipmentShare. We needed a forklift first thing the next morning, and Chris made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. Tez handled the delivery and was great to work with as well. Once we realized the forks were too short for what we needed, their team responded immediately and was able to get longer forks out to us quickly so we could get our truck unloaded without creating a major delay. Spokane Washington, but for equipment share the business failed me. Unprofessional customer service and blacklisted after 3 years as a loyal customer I was originally referred to this business by a family friend and built a relationship renting equipment from them for 3 years. Unfortunately, their customer service has completely deteriorated. Last fall, I rented 4 machines for my business.
