DONT IGNORE THESE REVIEWS! I thought “can’t be that bad, prices are a lot cheaper…”. It’s the old bait and switch! I rented an excavator and 650 dozer through Equipment Share. Prices were better “at the beginning” BUT…. They tacked another $3100 to my bill. The excavator was delivered on Dec 3 2024. Makes sense the 30 day rental would be up Jan 2, 2025. Bad place for RGN. Narrow turns. Dirty ground. Not friendly management.
The are shady at best. Rented a small mini excavator that never ran. They literally got it started using ether to unload it. Sat on my site for two weeks and they are still trying to charge for it. They had to swap out a skidster twice that had issues. Refuse to fix their billing. Have tried to overcharge us by thousands. And now are sending threats by sending notice of lien to us and rhe xo.pnay we do work for. We have sent copies of the checks they deposited that all cleared three times and they still try to lie and claim ... read more
