Great work but very slow on the return
I recommend ESD to anyone in need of all kinds of pressure wash equipment and detergents. Teresa went out of her way to help me with any and all questions I had. As a business owner im very thankful I found them, if you own a business then this place is a must! Stop in and check it out.
Went in to get a power washer fixed and came back the next day to start it at their shop for it to not work. After 2-3 hours I didn’t even receive a call back to come get it after it was “fixed” after paying them I asked for him to write out on paper he would fix it if it started to not work again for free of course and he told me no and that “ he doesn’t write anything on paper down as if he knew it was going to break… super unprofessional. Very kind staff and they usually stock standard parts. This is the only pressure washer store of its kind in Dayton.
