Fast friendly service. They took the time to verify an adaptive harness for an old machine and got ordered same day.
Eric in rentals is awesome. We needed a lift for a job and I ordered the wrong size. Eric got me the closest size up available (quite a few sizes up) for no extra rental cost. When the machine started leaking at 7 PM after ESI closed, Eric personally came out and repaired it. We will definitely be renting from ESI again.
Ken at ESI was fantastic to work with. Ken was quick to respond and bent over backwards getting the information I needed on a new Kubota. I would recommend Ken and ESi to everyone.
