Truck drivers be aware, very rude employees, between the women on the phone to the yard guy, i arrived on 8:07 time, it is posted on Google maps that they open by 8:00 am, once you arrive you have a badge scanner on your left and there is a number for carriers to call to get access to yard, i called that number 5-6 times, no response, then i paid attention to the samll sign on the gate that they open at 8:30 am, once i saw that i waited as normal and i went to the driver behind to inform him that they open at 8:30, on 8:28 i... read more

This place is a rip off. You won’t see your security deposit back. They’ll give you used trailer but expect you to bring it back in a new condition at your expense. $2500 maintenance bill for 2 month of use, wow! Don’t accept any trailers from them even with a small defect because you’ll end up paying for it. Beware

Attention CDL Truckers: I had to drop off a trailer here and I've never been to this location so I'll give you the breakdown on how to proceed. Getting off the highway drive onto Western Select drive headed eastbound. Once you pass the sleep inn hotel you will need to take the next left which has a car parking lot on the right and trailer's displayed on the left, if you bear left on Western Select Dr and see Penske Truck on your right side than you've gone too far and you'll have to turn around up ahead.
