Dropped my mower off 3 weeks ago for repair … was told 1 week ago that it was ready to be picked up, so I drove across town to pick it up and they couldn’t get it to start…said they would have to order another part… called back after 10 days for an update and they didn’t know what I was talking about and said they would order the part right after they got off the phone….. I said, I’ll just come down today and pick it up. FRUSTRATED to say the least.
I love the place and I love that they're the Scag dealer in town. However, they have the worst people working the computers. So going in for parts is a pain to say the least. If you don't believe me give it a try! Rude, unknowledgeable, and its very obvious that their computer system isn't very good. Please fire whoever you have working the front desk and hire knowledgeable people- or even have the guys in the back trade off working in the front. At least they know what their talking about. This company along with the owner kept my business from a major shut down. They saw we were in need and brought us the equipment we needed. After that they jumped in and started to help set everything up and made sure it was running. A million thank yous to the owner and the guys that came to help!
