Yeah I've never had luck with them. Pay for rentals only to have the machines break down, or them try to claim you damaged something. Half their crap doesn't have the basic safety equipment needed.
We rented a 36 in power trowel there and it worked great blades were almost new it started right up very happy will be renting a lot from them.
