RecommendedEquipment rentals was great to work with getting a tent, tables, chairs, table clothes, and lights for our wedding. They were very responsive to both calls and emails and answered all our questions quickly. They set up a delivery time that worked for me and then after the event they were here right away Monday morning to take it all down. We hardly had to do any work ourselves other than putting the tables and chairs where we wanted them.
Tony from the Hartford location was just so nice and helpful. He was very patient and informative with helping us reserve our wedding tent and equipment.

We ordered 40 white wedding chairs, a tent, and coolers from them. They were responsive to calls and emails, however they did not follow the direction of the venue for set-up time. They were told to arrive between 9am-11am the day prior to the wedding so someone from our venue could meet them to direct them on where to set-up. They called us at 8:20am (mind you we were still over an hour away), and asked what to do. Just today, I rented a mini skid-loader for a smaller project at home. Didn't think it would do as good of a job as it did. Wound up ripping out a shrub that needed to be gone and did some dirt relocation with it. The employees that helped me are always helpful. Never had an issue with any of my rentals. So happy a local company is close by. Makes it easy to get jobs done right, the first time.
This was my first time using Equipment Rental I have no complaints whatsoever. Everyone was courteous and very helpful. Will be going back to rent chipper again.
