I ran into several delivery problems with my order. First, my billing and delivery addresses are in different states. My order, unfortunately, was delivered to the wrong address. Easy, but unfortunate mistake. Equiparts immediately shipped a duplicate to my shipping address at no charge. Then, of course, I had one digit wrong in my delivery address so UPS hasn't delivered. Inquired by phone on availability was told yeah, we got 38 of them. Then was charged $48 for one cw cartridge. So, $2000 in stock for this uncommon part, or did I pay for the whole lot?
This is THE place to go for your plumbing needs. It would be a fluke if they don't have what you need. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable.
