I picked up my new John Deere X350 with the 48 inch mulching deck. What a beauty! Al Nickerson and Jonathan were absolutely outstanding. I dealt with Al to start the buying process and then he went on vacation so I took a ride up there to Physically See it and Jonathan took very good care of me took me out and showed me one and told me that they didn’t have a 48 in stock that they would have To order it, it came in in about a week! I'll begin by stating that I have been in the service industry for over 20 years. Either in hospitality, or in retail. The standard of which this service team operates should be an example held by every service location. We ran into an issue with our tractor attachment. The bill was something that my wife and I were going to find difficult to navigate. Zach and John did everything possible to help us be able to afford it. The bolts that held the frame of my blower to the chasis of the tractor came off, had a very worn out belt, and the steering gears were almost at the end of their life. I've previously had great rapport with Luke; however, he went above and beyond this time to get the tractor up and running in under 24 hours as there was an incoming snowstorm a day later. Very VERY happy with the kind of service folks at United Ag & Turf, Milford provide! I'd absolutely recommend the place for service!
I accidentally ran over a toy shovel when snow blowing. Unites Ag was quick to pick up my damaged blower, repair, and return in less than 24 hours so I was prepared for the coming snow. Great service all around. Thanks again.
Purchased a tractor from them and they never honored warranty work. Stay away from this company
