Provided awful service. Not only did they invalidate and worsen my issues but their program caused me to develop new problems that I’m still trying to heal from. I would recommend you never go here if you want to actually heal and progress all they’re going to do is control and invalidate your needs and come at with you with such an intensity that only prompts new issues to form. Steer clear and stay safe.
Equip has really helped me. Offering completely virtual treatment with both individual and group therapy has been life-saving. I'm so grateful!
This is treated like a startup with scam. They dont care about your and your love ones. The therapist and the dietitian are really overwhelmed. If you have any issues, there is no one to call or speak with when you dial the 1800 line. If you leave a message, they call back in the early morning hours without leaving a number to call. They charge me monthly, but if you'd like to schedule someone like a therapist or doctor, it takes weeks, so you end up having 2-3 sessions per month, and the charges are around $ 5k.
