OG coach George Gonzalez is no longer there. You may find him at Alive shortly. At this gym seems to be hands down teaching which in boxing equates to man down!
As a WOC I have never felt more safe & welcomed in a martial arts gym before. As a seasoned fighter, the quality of coaching & skills I have been able to build has made me completely change my game. Returning to training after a 6+ year hiatus was daunting, but the coaches met me where I was at every step of the way. Great, fun, & creative accommodations for physical limitations & disabilities After having tried several local MMA gyms in the area, this one feels like home.
Everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy coming here and training.
