Members and community is good. Increasing prices without facility improvements despite corporate emails saying “pricing increasing due to improvements”. One machine in 5 years barely qualifies as improvements… no sauna, no turf and competition in the area is increasing. Sorry but worth providing members their moneys worth… brand is no longer enough.
How to get a reasonable person to write a 1 star review: Step 1: Imply from the drop that cancelling contracts is basically half the sales person's job and assuage any worries of commitment by saying "It's really easy to cancel just call me whenever" and we'll get it done. Step 2: Receive said request for cancellation and gaslight me. Step 3: Commence dodging calls and emails for a month.
