Try one of Stephanie's awesome classes! You can relax afterwards with a fabulous eucalyptus steam room and shower.
Todd's spin Wednesday @ 6 am & Sunday at 8:30 are great
Stephanie's body shape class is amazing. Fast paced music, along with her super high energy will whip you into shape.
Marie's spin class is the best but not for beginnners! Stephanies Monday evening class is awesome/ extremely intense and full so get there early! Donnas Monday and Wed classes r incredible
