Great location, friendly staff and emaculatly clean!
Just had the most challenging and amazing Vinyasa Yoga class with Barry Au-Yeung. It was tough, with light-hearted humor and warm laughter. There were many arm balances and inversions tonight: Crow, Side Crow, Single-Legged Crow, Hurdler 1, Hurdler 2, Headstand, Handstand, Flying Pigeon, Dragonfly, Chinstand, Chinstand Scorpion...It was glorious. I loved every minute of it and my arms feel like jelly. Thank you for the excellent teaching, Barry. Can we do it again tomorrow morning?? �
RecommendedI LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE EQUINOX Greenwich Avenue..I spent 4 hours going since it's very top notch with great people who are my new friends including Shanika, and I get facial treatment too from Rafael. Love their pool, steam room, the Machines, Equipments, the classes and I bought Equinox clothes too. I say it with Pride, Equinox in Greenwich Avenue is far the most Extraordinary spa/gym to go too..I leave with abig accomplishment..And EQUINOX is a Must!! Thrilled to be apart of Equinox!
Great location and beautiful facility. Trainers are friendly as were the ladies at the front desk.
