Prices keep going up while service and amenities stay the same or worse. Cleanliness is an issue, quality of products is questionable. Steam room is always breaking. manager is unresponsive or careless. Great instructors and staff overall.
Trash facility. There’s almost no amenities. Staff is unfriendly. And they stole money from me and refused to give it back. DO NOT GO HERE! There are much better options in the area. I literally never write reviews, but I had to write one because this place was so bad and I feel like I need to warn people.
I really enjoy this place it’s been a wonderful experience left once and I came back to join the gym again because I realized the huge difference from other gyms.Jeff is very welcoming and I will say I feel like home. Everyone is working out together and making it worth it . I sweat a lot in here which is great machines are always accurate and also place smells great very clean. Newest Equinox in the city. Three levels with locker rooms on the first floor, main cardio and weightlifting areas on the first floor, and studios on the second floor. There are comfortable lounge areas and working spaces along the main corridor. It occupies a large space at the base of a residential tower which is separate. The only con is the location on the corner of Mission and Van Ness, although it is convenient to BART and Muni.
