The trainers and front desk staff are warm and polite. I never worked with any of the trainers but they always said hi to me and were respectful of my space when I was using machines or a certain area. The locker room was very nice. I miss the steam room, the disposable tooth brushes and razors, and most of all the refrigerated eucalyptus towels. Outside of that Equinox no longer makes any sense. Love this place! I left Solid core and this place is so much better and cheaper. Plus it feels like a spa especially with the steam room.
