I really like the facility and the staff, however, they do not enforce showering before entering the pool, which is a big disappointment.
Hi, we came to check the facility out and talk to an advisor. First they took are licenses and are doing some process of checking in. As husband and wife they want our information separately. The staff had so much attitude that there are no words.Second they only have one advisor and he is sitting idle while he is telling us to wait for 40 mins. They are not ready to delete our information from the system.
Not worth it. It’s not what it used to be- overcrowded, rude and uncaring greedy management- hidden fees. Better off going somewhere cleaner and less crowded. Check out Tyson’s playground!
Leave a one-star as you hide the price of membership
It used to be ok, but now it lost that charm. It’s overcrowded and most gyms in the area have better equipment. They don’t have much to differentiate them except arrogance/hype. It’s also never clean and has this weird smell. In contrast other gyms have really stepped up their game.
