Deleigh Van Deursen is amazing and very helpful. My son has been working with her to take care of an injury and she has been able to help him not only with a massage but by giving him other options. We live goi g to her at Equinox in Tysons.
Horrible experience at their cafe. I normally come here for smoothies every week, but was denied a smoothie here even though I was here at 6:55pm. I came here early and usually there’s a lady here who kindly makes smoothies neither no issues and great service. However the gentleman who works here with a middle eastern accent denied me a smoothie even though I had waited 5 minutes for the customer in front who was delaying and holding up the line. Just came here to say that I’ve been particularly impressed with Karri Mae, the General Manager of Equinox Tysons. Her can-do attitude and willingness to go out of her way to help reflect true service excellence.
I Have been in the gym for a couple months now, they have a wonderful staff, the GM Karri Becker she has an amazing energy and she is kind and helpful as well, the coaches are really good and friendly I always say hi to them and they give me some advices when it has to be with training techniques the location is always clean and I hope, I will be there until the times come to leave to the Air Force and the gym has been an amazing tool to get ready for the new journey that I am going to. Thank you so much.
My PT (Susan) does an outstanding job motivating me and teaching me and is very knowledgeable about what my body needs and what i can do. I travel 25 minutes each way and no regrets because its always worth it. Always clean and staff is remarkably friendly. I highly recommend joining because you get so much more than other local gyms. And I strongly recommend PT. You will see members of all ages, sizes, and abilities. No pressure. No intimidation. Just dedicated staff who invest in you and want you to be healthy.
