Management sucks. No accountability. They're not helpful at all. Such a bizarre experience smh. Only decent people are the front desk people.
I joined Equinox at this location about a year ago, and have really enjoyed my time as a member here. Every morning, I'm greeted by the staff who always has the most up-beat and welcoming energy. Each month there is some kind of wellness event held for the members which I've really enjoyed being able to attend.
This location is 100% one of the best I’ve been to. The energy and community at this club is what stands out to me the most. The members, the staff. A special shoutout to Zaria the spa manager! She was so welcoming and kind. She has the Midas touch when it comes to facials, I will most definitely be back! Everyone is so friendly and supportive at every level of your fitness journey! Huge on recovery and the full service Spa offering massage and facials is a plus.
Great experience and great people
This club is always super clean. A great place to work out! They have fantastic staff that is always super helpful. If you are looking for a safe community to get a great workout with this is definitely your club.
