Terrible experience. I wanted to use the gym for the first time and sign up for a membership immediately after. I was told over the phone that the manager was informed and it wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived, I was refused entry. I ended up purchasing a $75 day pass, which I did not have a problem purchasing, but it was never offered to me as an option, I had to ask for it. Beautiful gym, but they make it impossible to cancel. Wouldn’t help me out by refunding my money the day after they billed me (it’s not like we’d used the facility for the month yet) even after I explained that my husband lost his job and we need to cut expenses and won’t be using the membership for the rest of the month. Heartless. Terrible customer service. We won’t be back after the last month we paid for runs out, even when he gets a new job. We’ll find a different gym.
