Clean and well equipped... Weekends are great, super quiet!!!
Amazing classes
The women's locker room is okay. But of the dozen or so NYC Equinox locations I've visited, the equipment floor and studios here are some of the best.
Dominic Manfredi Monday night spin class is good, but needs more participants.
Monday evening yoga class with Melinda Abbott makes me cry. But yet I'm coming back for more! She is an amazing instructor. Very challenging, with great energy. Real professional.
Avoid making eye contact while in the awkward, low door shower stalls
Facilities on par with West LA and less crowded but also a lot less eye candy.
