Joined this gym two weeks ago and already started to experience inconveniences. Today, 8/13 I was at the gym trying to take shower and there was no hot water! I had to shower with cold water! The steam room wasn’t operating because of no hot water, too. By the time I received an email about the issue, I was already at the gym. Last week there was no air conditioning in this hot weather. I've been a member at this Equinox since 2019. The only reason I'm leaving is because I'm moving, and I'm so sad about it! Everyone is so kind, from the front desk staff and maintenance crew to the class instructors and trainers. I trained with Chris Manous, and I can't recommend him enough! He is so knowledgable, welcoming, and fun to train with. I looked forward to my sessions every week, and I've gotten stronger and learned so much. I love Equinox but they really need to extend their hours. The gym closes at 9:00 p.m. on weekdays and 5:00 p.m on weekends. Covid is over! Time to go back to pre-Covid hours - 10:00 p.m. Monday thru Thursday, 9:00 p.m. Friday, 7:00 p.m. on weekends.
