DAVID is AWESOME! He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to walk me through repair of my outdated Hunter Douglass blinds. Collectively, I would say he spent an hour on the phone with me - even on a Saturday. AND what makes this even more amazing, is that I have not purchased anything from him. He did it out of kindness. Eventually I did purchase battery packs from him, and they were charged and ready the next day! If I am ever in the market for blinds or curtains, this is the only place that I will go.
I have electric blinds at my condo. The wires to 2 of the three had broken due to wear and tear. Stopped by Equinox Interiors on Friday with the broken parts. The owner looked at them and ordered the correct part for me. Called me on Monday to come and pick the parts up. The cost? $0.00! They were under warranty. I didn’t know this. Not only were they super friendly and knowlegable, he went above and beyond what I expected. Will be back for any future blind and window treatments I need
