Quality arrangement, thoughtful customer service, speedy delivery, and great communication. I ordered a birthday bouquet to be delivered to my mom's gravesite. I placed an online order just 3 hours before their closing time on a Saturday, and they thoughtfully called within an hour to discuss recommendations (with no upselling!) for my order since it would be delivered to an outdoor location on a windy day, and asking if I would like a sturdy wood container instead of glass and whether I preferred silk vs fresh flowers.
