Worst flower delivery experience I’ve ever had. $25 service fee for what? They skimped out on the flowers, the flowers weren’t fresh, customer service was awful and they didn’t even deliver the replacement bouquet. The fact that Ava’s has the option when you call customer service for “please press # if the order you received is not the same as pictured online,” that tells me everything I need to know. I know this place is also deleting reviews so mine probably won’t last long.
It was a blessing to talk with the owner of this shop! She was so gracious in helping design the best arrangement for my dear friend ... and delivered on the same day! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a lovely arrangement - and at a reasonable price.
