Always a great stop along the way. Great menu, friendly staff, food was great and came really quickly.
Usually this place is a hit. Food was cold and waitress had the personality of a rock!!! When butter doesn't belt on toast, you know everything else was downhill!!!!!
Had a wonderful experience at this friendly and clean Diner. The French toast stack was delicious and the employee named Ruby was top-notch. Highly recommend.

Very dissapointed! As a local who lives here now via New York.....this place used to be the go to for that good Ole diner food. Well to start the booths were disgusting , what looked like either child boogers on the backs or a food fight happened before we got there! Ceiling tiles were moldy, and I know there is not much they can do about flies but I felt like I was in Africa fighting off flies! Food was def. Not as good as previous visits and now I will mm ost definitely not be coming back! What a shame I love a good diner
The broiled salmon was excellent, seasoned perfectly, fresh and moist. My boyfriend had the fisherman's platter and was disappointed. There were hardly any clams and the few that were there were very small and over-cooked along with the calamari. No flavor, small and rubbery. The cod and the shrimp he liked ok.
OMG! It's the greatest diner! My sister and I go every month. We do bingo one week a month at Foxwood and stay in MYSTIC! The only place we eat is MYSTIC DINER! Tina is the best waitress! But everyone is always nice and friendly. Oh yeah! The food is good TOO......
