I looked forward to my appointment today. However the guy at the front desk who clearly doesn’t have much experience working with different insurance plans. Accused me of not having any coverage as he was on hold with my insurance. He also assumed that my plan was from the ‘marketplace’. I’m a business owner and where I purchase my plan from is none of his concern. I would suggest you all replace him or give him more customer service classes. Dr. Vanmali was absolutely amazing. I had an emergency dental issue and she took care of it right away. She was so professional, caring, and made me feel completely comfortable. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend Dr. Vanmali, and without a doubt, she will be my dentist from now on.
