I’ve had 3 occurrences in the past 2 months that have led me to question the management of this facility: 1. From 1/2 through the next 2 weeks, the shop was closed. When I enquired with the front desk on the evening of 1/8 since my gift card was about to expire in 3 days, the employees behind the front desk said the shop would not be open for the rest of the week, but that it was common for them to allow members to use gift cards even if expired. After multiple survey feedback forms and complaints about issues in the club, which *none* were handled at all, the club decided to increase the monthly dues for the second time in the last year. When I asked what exactly am I paying more for, if the issues are not being handled, and the club is still closed on weekends, the assistant general manager apparently had no idea about the issues.
