If it wasn't for thin walls and people sometimes being loud as hell, I would give this place 4 stars. On the bright side, groceries, restaurants, and the liquor store are all walking distance. On the other hand all these one star reviews are ridiculous, it's an apartment, not a 5 star hotel.
Management is quick to respond to maintenance requests and I am so far satisfied with over four maintenance requests completed.
Was a resident here in building 2816 for 10 months. The unit that I lived in was very nice and spacious. The rent was decent for the unit that I was in. I had no issues with my unit other than some plumbing stuff but overall my stay at Equinox was good. Staff was nice, didn’t had to call them as much. Had an above average experience living here.
