Incredibly slow in getting maintenance out to people’s apartments for issues. I currently have a work order that has sat unanswered for almost 3 months now. Originally rented here largely because of the outdoor pool (which is why I assumed rent was expensive here) but the pool has been under maintenance the entire spring/summer thus far. Very thin walls where you can practically hear your neighbors entire conversations. I lived here for 10 months, I had to escrow my rent to get them to take any action over the needed repairs and ended up being able to end my lease. The tub was sticky and tacky to the touch. We could not clean it at all. We had endless maintenance troubles in building 2520, my apartment had 4 separate pinhole leaks in the radiators over the course of the winter, which caused moldy carpet and leaks large enough to be dripping in the apartment below. Under no circumstances do I recommend this place. I had a terrible experience, along with my three minor children, due to poor conditions in my apartment—located at 2520, Apt. 203. I moved in in December 2025 but ended up moving out due to the abysmal conditions; we faced daily water shut-offs, and I soon discovered a water leak in the ceiling, which took them 30 days to repair—causing damage to my belongings. Hola no recomiendo este lugar por ningún motivo estuve por 4 meses aproximadamente mis pagos puntuales pero muy mal atención por los manager instalaciones en malas condiciones muchas fugas de agua y sobre todo quedaron en regresarme mi depósito de seguridad en 30días posterior ami salida y al día de hoy no tengo mi dinero de regreso cuando el apartamento lo entregue en perfectas condiciones les llamo no contestan les mando correo tampoco contestan mensajes de texto no contestan la ley de Minesota indica que tienen 21 días po... read more
