Overall, pretty happy with the new management company. The only downside is the indoor pool isn’t heated well so it’s cold all the time. And then it’s also in the same room as the package room so the door is getting opened all the time so the room itself is freezing so you can’t even use the indoor pool during the winter when it would be the most fun to use it.
Honestly I really do not have complaints. They have been doing updates, there is basic apartment community stuff like dog poop not being picked up but whats new. Otherwise they update the apartments and the price is more affordable then most for the area! Management is kind as well.
The pictures I just looked at didn't look like the actual apartment in the pictures. But if they really did do some upgrades. That's nice because when I toured the place it smell like nothing but shit & smoke. Saw a mouse trap in the closet. & no elevator, i know there's still not elevators..I need elevator & my washer inside the unit it's what everyone is doing.
