I feel like I was extremely taken advantage of at this salon. I asked for a single process color and showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted. After it was done I was surprised to find out I was paying almost double what I originally thought I was supposed to pay. They told me to do the look I wanted I needed a double process and that is why they charged me double. I feel like this is something that should have been addressed before doing my hair. I am very particular about my hair. My hair is thick and really wants to get "big" and frizzy. Also, I have quite a bit of stubborn gray. Some haircolor products either wash out or make my hair extremely dry. Added to that is the fact that I do want a color/cut that is in style, without being overly trendy and one that I can maintain at home.
