The could be more friendly to non-profit organizations. Ours took over a lease, but we missed the 90 day window to terminate the lease, and we only need three additional months to move our equipment. They want us to pay for 14 more months anyway. They have Equinix cares, but they said no to helping.
Customer service is impossible to reach. Sent email to our contact person. Not in house anymore but the reply email suggested 4 more addresses to contact. Sent email to those - no reply. Sent email to support address. Only automatic reply. Tried contacting through Facebook - they send me a phone number that is not in use. I finally got through to another number to deal with our issue (terminating our account). Instead of confirming the termination they send a work order for 110 € / h.
