We made an appointment to have our senior horse out down. He was in bad shape and couldn’t walk. They missed our appointment and never reached out to us. After trying to get ahold of them many times, they finally answered and didn’t address not showing up. And then proceeded to tell us to wait a few more days. Our horse was suffering, but according to them, he could wait a few more days without them even seeing him. Fortunately, we were able to find someone to come put him to rest. Such poor business practice.
