RecommendedDr. Farmer and team are fantastic!!! The only vet I know that will talk to you and help via phone call or text. She isn't about just taking your money and doing unnecessary procedures to your horse, or always needing to come out and "evaluate " the situation just to charge you! She is a true horse woman that puts the animal first before her needs. I am so glad I left a prior practice that was unethical and found Farmer. Thank you!!
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Ellis. She came out for an emergency the day after Thanksgiving at 7:30 pm even though I was over an hour away. My horse is not easy to work on and she handles him with such gentleness and no worry at all. She truly cares about the horse she is working on, no matter how long it takes. Love everyone involved at this practice! They are available 24/7 and are all extremely on knowledgeable and caring. We have horses of all ages and several with health conditions and they always go over and above. Not only do they provide amazing treatment, but provide treatment plans and have incredible follow up. I can’t say enough about this amazing practice. They give 150% and I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
Dr. Seward and Dr. Farmer are amazing vets. It helps ease my mind knowing that my beloved horses are in such good hands.
We are super pleased with the entire team at Equine Performance. We have had to call on them more than expected (Dr Nicole says we need bubble wrap 🤣🤣🤣) and every time they are supportive and informative and we couldn’t be happier with them. Being new to the world of horses they answer all our questions and concerns without reservation and they are just nice, good people. We feel blessed to have them in our corner.
Hands down the best Equine vet in Lake County. Not only are they johnny on the spot, but they took care of our mule foal who we almost lost until they stepped in with treatment which has saved his life. Dr. Farmer and Dr. Stewart are amazing and have our 100% trust and loyalty.
what amazing ladies!! I cannot praise Dr. Seward, Dr. Farmer and their staff enough. These ladies were the only vets who were willing to help my 5 day old foal, who was in some desperate of assistance. These ladies have worked side by side with me to make sure Atlas gets the best care. These ladies are the only people I trust with my boys. Dr. Farmer did my PPE today. Very impressed! She was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions completely and spent a lot of time making sure both my trainer and I understood her findings. Highly recommend!!
We entrust Dr. Farmer with the care of our 10 therapy horses in our program at Crossroads Corral as well as our boarders horses. Dr. Farmer has always been there when we needed via text to ask questions and share photos as well as always fitting us into her schedule. She is kind with our horses and very professional.
