These vets take total advantage of people and horses. They do procedures that they do not document which is required by law. They are doing stem cell at their facility in Ocala and bill it our of the facility in Summerfield PEVS. They have NO documentation of the stem cell they did on my horse even though I paid for it. They do not even know how many stem cells they put in and by law you have to document how much fat you harvest and count the stem cells but they dont. RecommendedSuper work with international dressage horse who had suffered consecutive suspensory ligament injuries. Dr. Rullan and staff did wonderful work in acute care period with staff making horse comfortable. Horse is now in field and is expected back under saddle.

This is a top notch facility with excellent care and facilities. They are super attentive, experienced and stay in contact with clients and genuinely care for their patients!
