Management rarely communicates, and when they do show up it's usually unannounced without a call or email, which is actually illegal. We've had to remind them to give us notice beforehand several times since move in when we've we needed maintance done. Crappy leaky windows that make the apartment freezing, which they refuse to replace. They kept a hole in the ceiling for months after STARTING to fix a leak from upstairs, but waited to come back months later to finish it.. The list goes on. This is why we're moving in march!
My apartment unit was fine (I liked the laminate floors and granite counter tops). The cleanliness of the building and property was ridiculous. Dirty hallways, garbage in the parking lot, several days to plow lot. I hardly ever saw a custodian. Apartment Manger took his sweet time getting back to you. Management didn't do anything about tenants smoking pot. If you want affordable rent and nothing else this is the place.
Property management doesn't take care of their structure. Mice chewed their way into our garage and ruined our things in there. Property management blamed us for this and then basically called us stupid for leaving our things in the garage. HORRIBLE customer server. The lady we spoke with was VERY rude and would not listen to anything we were trying to say. We lost hundreds of dollars worth of things that got chewed into and defected on by rodents.
