Terrible management terrible staff no class customer service. If the property manager allows this then shes in the same boat and allows her staff to be disrespectful. Clearly management has changed because everything has been going down hill. People not staying leaving many vacant apartments. The grounds are awful dirty trashy. Currently resident at Silver Oaks on ******. For over a month the Inside of my apartment reaches almost 90 degrees. They send maintenance to look at it but nothing has been fixed. Complaint was just opened with the city. I found out when you call Their management number (for Equimax) you ALWAYS get the answering service. They take your info and they just send it back to your property manager. So no one above ***** (property manager) is notified theres still a problem.
I have been asking for months to find out who owns the property at 8715 datapoint dr but they keep telling me oh I will have Kelly call you but I never get a phone call or an email. I have been without air for 3 days now , no hot water as off last night and the kitchen sink water has been in and out like milky water for months and months, I was out of town and had a flood in my bedroom due to the side of the building coming apart from the bottom of the building. I learned of Equimax's association with Silver Oaks Apartments through the Bexar count clerks office. During the rental application process, Silver Oaks lies about which specific units are actually available and then uses an "application agreement" in an effort trap unsuspecting victims into waiting indefinitely for something to become available. Don’t rent with equimax . They have a third party answering service who may be rude depending on who you get. They will tell you someone will call you back & they won’t . Didn’t have a working oven the first four months I lived here .My A/C went out for 2months sent multiple complaints & work orders . Contacted the property manger Kelly King who doesn’t care . They towed my friend car this morning for “construction” which I only watch cause he works out of town . So no one breaks in .They said they notified people but after ... read more
To it may concern, San Antonio Iron Horse Valley is the worst.. On September 01, 2014 my truck was next to a car that was intentionally set on fire and burnt half of my truck. Later the same day I spoke with the apartment manager, Kelly King (Community Director) and I ask to be release from my lease, because of the owners of the car (Cheree and Carlos ) would not give me any information such as insurance or a police report and I was afraid of my life.
