I had a great experience with my RMT here. They were very friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable — I felt well taken care of throughout the treatment. That said, there were a couple of issues with the clinic environment that affected the overall experience. The sheets/towels smelled damp, like laundry that hadn’t dried properly, which was a bit unpleasant. Brenden Magee is an excellent physiotherapist who has helped me regain mobility and reduce pain substantially - he also helped me recover from ankle surgery earlier this year. Brenden listens, applies different modalities and adjusts approaches, making physiotherapy fun and engaging.
